We stay in contact with port authorities and adjust pickup times accordingly. If your schedule changes, we’ll adapt the itinerary to ensure you have the best possible experience within your available time.
Absolutely! All our tours are family-friendly. We provide child-sized life jackets for water activities and our guides are experienced with families. Children under 5 travel free.
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cash (USD, EUR, AUD, or IDR). Payment can be made online when booking or in cash on the day of the tour.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. If your cruise ship skips the port due to weather, you’ll receive a full refund automatically.
Our guides will meet you right at the cruise port exit gate at either Lembar Port or Gili Mas Port. They’ll be holding a sign with your name. It’s impossible to miss!
We recommend sunscreen, comfortable shoes, a hat, swimwear (for beach/snorkeling tours), and a camera. Everything else is provided.
